• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed.
• Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed for dispatch.
Customers are advised to review order details carefully before completing their purchase.

• A clear uncut package opening video is required for verification.
• Exchanges are only applicable for damaged items.
• Exchanges are not available for size issues, fit concerns, or change of mind.
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in rare cases where replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed to the original payment method after verification.
