6. Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)
We maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
• A clear uncut package opening video is mandatory showing the sealed package and the damaged product.
• The exchange request must be submitted within the time specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.
• After verification, the damaged product will be replaced with a new product.
Please note:
• Exchanges are only provided for damaged items.
• Exchanges are not available for size issues, fit concerns, color expectations, or change of mind.
