No physical items are shipped for digital purchases.

• Digital products are delivered electronically via instant download or online access after successful payment.
• In rare cases of technical issues, access may be delayed for up to 24 hours.
• If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase, please contact customer support for assistance.

 

3. Cancellation Policy (Digital Products)
• Order cancellations are not permitted once a digital product has been purchased.
• Due to instant access and irreversible delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted after payment confirmation.

 

4. Refund Policy (Digital Products)
• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable once a digital product is accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Refunds will only be considered if:
• The same digital product is accidentally purchased more than once due to a technical error, and
• The duplicate purchase is reported within 24 hours, and
• The digital content has not been accessed or downloaded.

Approval of such refunds is solely at Luv Knot’s discretion.

Please contact our support team, and we will assist in restoring access or resolving the issue.
Technical assistance does not qualify for a refund.
