CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At The Conscious Womb, we strive to deliver premium quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Payment Policy

We accept 100% prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Once a prepaid order is successfully placed, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Customers are advised to review all details carefully before completing payment.

 

3. Exchange Policy (4 Days)

We offer a 4-day exchange policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

A. Size Exchange

  • Size exchange is allowed within 4 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is subject to size availability.

If the requested size is not available:

  • Customer must select another product of the same value from available stock.

  • If the new product price is higher, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

B. Damaged / Wrong Product

Exchange is allowed if:

  • You receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Requirements:

  • A clear uncut package opening video is mandatory.

  • Video must show:

    • Sealed package

    • Shipping label

    • Issue clearly visible

4. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange request must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 4 days

  • No uncut opening video (for damage/wrong item)

  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen differences

6. Refund Policy

  • We follow a strict exchange-only policy.

  • No refunds are provided.

Exception:

  • If exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

7. Processing Time

  • Approved exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

  • Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on location.
